大木　南無阿弥陀仏の供養碑 Monument of Namu-Amida-butu in Oogi

豊岡上小森線（３７１号線）を 豊岡上浜509番地と豊岡上兼子Hosozako-sita625-4番地の間で 通過する金子谷川が 豊岡川（豊岡上と大木の境）に 合流する所の「杉の渡橋」で 豊岡川を渡り 南東に 山道を７０ｍ程 進むと 右手の高台 北緯34度54分5秒・東経133度46分5秒に 南無阿弥陀仏の碑と 小さい野仏が 立っています。大木廣戸下タ198-1番地の西南西約２４０mに 位置します。いかなる仏か解りませんが、立地場所から推測し、牛の供養塔と想像します。このまま山道を 南東に４２０m程進と 大木と細田の境に至り　更に３３０m程進と 奥吉備街道（吉備高原北部広域農道）の荒神乢にでます。　濱・浜：４６５・５２０番地等　紺屋：豊岡上４７６番地　花屋：豊岡上４８２番地　金子谷口：豊岡上４９９・６３９番地等　地蔵マヘ：豊岡上５７３番地　金谷：豊岡上５８６・９２７番地等　金子：豊岡上６２４・６３６番地等　細砂下タ：大木１８８・１８９番地　東城谷尻：大木２２１－２３４番地　コンヤ･コウヤ：大木２１４・２１５番地　荒神ノ乢：細田１８１・１８２番地等　 平成３０年（２０１８年）４月９日

上加茂 　河原の野仏 Buddhas in Kawara

４２９号線沿いの安井前橋から 南に進み 加賀小学校の北で西南西に曲がると １５０m程で 上加茂河原道2196-1-1番地が あります。その北に 仏達が 祀られています。左端の仏像には「〇月正人上加茂講中」と記されています。その右の仏の右側には「伊」の以外の字は読めません。左手には「文化九年〇月吉日」と記されています。その右側の仏には 刻字はありません。　次の佛には「為⓵牛➁：⓵は読めず  ➁ヨの下に心のように見えるので 忌でしょうか」右端の石造塔に刻字は 在りません。立ち会った村人は 個人の施設であると言いますが、左端の仏にが「講中」の字が 見えますので、かつては集落で 管理していたのでしょう。令和３（２０２１年）年７月１日

下土井　高尾の万年講 Mannin-kou in Takao

落合加茂川線（６６号線）から 下土井31番地に向い 北に登ります。下土井31番地の右手の山道を 数１０ｍ程登ると 加茂８８ケ所霊場巡礼高尾大師堂の札所が 有り、更に北に 進むと 北緯34度52分25秒・東経133度45分17秒近くに 墓所が有り、左の片山幸次兵衛の墓石が 最前に立ちます。札所より少し下った所に 右の萬人講の碑が 立ちます。片山幸次兵衛が 万人講を 立ち上げたとされます。表に 南無阿弥陀佛と、側面に万人講供養 天明四辰正月吉日と 刻まれています。加茂八十八ヶ所霊場巡礼高尾大師堂の札所 北緯34度52分25秒・東経133度45分14秒に 疫痢の犠牲者達の供養塔が 立てられています。　天明の大飢饉：天明２年（1782年）から天明８年（1788年）の日本史上最大の飢饉です　高尾：下土井１５・３１（北緯３４度５２分２４秒・東経３３度４５分１９秒）・８１番地等　石佛：下土井８４番地　土佛：下土井９６（北緯３４度５２分２７秒・東経３３度４５分２２秒）・１０１番地等　 平成２５年（２０１３年）８月２０日

下土井　狩魂供養塔 Memorial tower for the souls of hunted or caught animals

落合加茂川線（６６号線）から 鋭角に南に分岐し、横山様に登る途中の左手 北緯34度52分37秒・東経133度45分46秒近くに 狩魂供養塔が 立ちます。 If you climb along the branch which start to the south with sharp angle on Route 66, you will find the memorial tower on your left hand on the way up to Yokoyama-sama   平成２４年(2012年)７月３日

竹部　稗田の大日如来碑 Monumentof Dainiti-nyorai in Hieda

４８４号線から 鳴滝に向かう途中の 竹部稗田2938-2番への引き込みの坂道北緯34度49分28秒・東経133度46分48秒に 大日如来碑が立ちます。立地条件から推測し、牛の供養碑であると考えます。稗田とは 水が冷たく稲を育てるためには 適さない地に付けられる地名らしい。青樹神社が 東方の田の中に臨めます。　A monument of Dainichi Nyorai/tathagata is stood on the slope which is the approaching way to 2938-2 Takebe-Hieda where is on the way to Naru-taki/water fall from rout 484     Hieda ” japanese millet-field” seem to be a place name that is attached to a place where water is cold and is not suitable for growing rice   Aoki-jinjya/shrine can be saw to be in the eastern rice field from here　 平成２４年(2012年)７月７日

竹部　中寄の牛供養塔 Monument for cattle in Nakayori

484号線と 竹部加茂市場線（３６６号線）とのT字路の南隣地 竹部takebe田元tamoto1491番の隣地に かつて中橋（奈可己し  受負人田中友一朗　平田繁夫　昭和四年五月架設）が 建っていました。現在は 記念碑だけが建ちます。その隣地に 大きな題目石 地神碑 道標 牛供養塔 小さい題目碑 と三社宮日参講中碑 灯明塔等が立っています。大きい題目は西向き に立てられていて、表には「南無妙法蓮華経と日蓮座像」が、台座に「當村講中」と、右に「五百遠〇 文政十二丑十月十三日」と、左に「乗木山当代日昇代」と 刻字されています。 牛供養塔には「南無阿弥陀佛」と 記されています。　宮田：竹部１１１６番地　岩井谷：竹部１２２２-１４２８番地等　塚之元：竹部１３４２－１３４６番地　京面：竹部１３５４・１４１７番地等　城納：竹部１４２９－１４５６番地　妙見平：竹部１４６８－１４７６番地　札場：竹部１５６１－１５９４番地　石堂：竹部１７５７・１７９３番地等　平成.２５年（２０１４年）４月１０日

富永　大王の牛供養塔 Memorial tower for cattle in Taiou

６６号線（落合加茂川線）から 高尾で北に富永に向い 途中の変則十字路を右に大きく回り 大王公会堂に向け 登ると 最初のＹ字の交叉の手前 北緯34度52分57秒・東経133度44分55秒（富永家ノ東1018番地の南西 約４５m）に 牛馬供養塔が 立ちます。南無阿弥陀仏と 刻まれています。近くに龍王谷があります。 If you go toward the north “toward Tominaga” about 1400m from Takao-basi/brige where is road side of Rout 66 along Wada-gawa/river, turn around to right “east” with sharp angle at the irregular crossroad where is near 897 Tominaga Kobuti, and go about 360m toward Taiou-koukaidou/public hall, you will find the memorial monument for cattle’s soul on the left side where is before the fork road 　It is engraved  Namu-Amida-Butu “I will devote myself to believe the Buddha with bottomless koumyou（symbol of wisdom and mercy） and immeasurable life span” on the surface     平成２４年（２０１２年）１１月１８日 済み

豊岡下　天神山の大智明権現 Dai-Timyou-gongen in Tenjin-yama

豊岡上下尾倉1081番地の東北の天神山の登山道 北緯34度54分35秒・東経133度46分34秒に 地神碑 地藏菩薩像と共に 大智明権現「大智妙権現 天保十三寅八月吉日 施主 横部中」の石碑が 立ちます。天神山は 城山です。ここは 豊岡上と豊岡下の境です。   A monument of Dai-timyou-gongen is stood on the north of 1081 Toyooka-kami-Simo-okura where is the mountain trail of Tenjin-yama/mountain, together with a monument of Di-jin and a statue of Dizou-bossatu/bodhisattva　This place is the border between Toyooka-kami and Toyooka-shimo   Tenjin-yama is the castle mountain    平成２４年(2012年）７月１６日済み

豊岡下　岩崎の大日如来石像 中連講 Dainiti-nyorai and Monument of Tyuu-ren-kou　

豊岡上小森線（３７１号線）沿いの 豊岡下岩崎685番地の奧 即ち常江田山の麓の豊岡川側の畑の奥の大岩の張り出しの上に 川神が 祀られています。川神が 祀られる 両脇に 小さい石碑が2基あり、一基は 大日如乗 （大日如来の”事でしょう） 一基は 中連講と 刻まれています。北緯34度54分54秒・東経133度47分1秒辺りです。中連講 とは舟堀中組の 牛馬購入の為の相互扶助的団体の事だと 村人は教えてくれました。A stone monument of Kawa-kami ”god of river” located on a large rock overt at the back of a field on the Toyooka-gawa/river side where is the foot of Tune-eda-yama/mountain    There is a two small stone monument on both sides of Kawa-kami    One is engraved as Dainiti-nyojyou “Dainiti-nyorai/tathagata, Vairocana” and another is engraved as Tyuu-ren-kou on the surface of the statue of Buddha　 The villagers told me that Tyuuren-kou-kou is a mutual aid group for the purchase of cattle and horses of the Hunabori-Naka-gumi “the middle-area’s group ”     平成２３年（2011年）３月２日　済み

豊岡下　引撫の愛宕山の大智明権現 Dai-Timyou-gongen on Atago-yama in Hikinade

豊岡上小森線（３７２号線）沿いの 湯の瀬温泉の西の大曲を 曲がった所の 鋭角な分岐を 真地 引撫 大師に向かって登ると 豊岡下古家敷2292番地に出ます。その南の引撫集会場との間の分岐を 北に向かい進むと ５叉路の真地乢 北緯34度55分40秒・東経133度47分26秒に出ます。大師に向かう道には 直ぐに東に向かう山道がの分岐が 有ります。山道を伝って 愛宕山の頂上に向かうと、愛宕山の頂上 北緯34度55分39秒・東経133度47分36秒に 動物に乗った神と 大智明大権現の石碑が並んで立っています。動物は象に似ますが長い鼻はありません。馬に乗る愛宕権現でしょう。付近に社が破壊され木片や屋根が散乱しています。かつて荒神社と愛宕神社が建っていたそうです。If you climb along the sharp branch toward Maji, Hikinade and Daisi which start from the great bent where is the west of Yuno-se-Onsen-ryokan where is the road side of Toyooka-Komori line, you will reach to 2292 Toyookasimo-Huruyasik "Hikinade-kouminkan"     If you go toward the north along the branch where is between the south and Hikinade-kouminkan/public hall, you will reach to Maji-tawa/pass at 34 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds north latitude, 133 degrees 47 minutes 26 seconds east longitude  On the way to Daishi, there is a branch of the mountain path heading east immediately   If you climb along the mountain path to the summit of Ataga-yama/mountain (34 degrees 55 minutes 39 seconds north latitude, 133 degrees56 minutes 26 seconds east longitude), you will find a statue of god on the animal and a monument of Dai-Timyou-dai-gongen who are stood side by side   The animal resembles an elephant, but has no long nose    He might be Atago Gongen who rides a horse  The shrines are destroyed, and pieces of wood and roofs are scattered in the vicinity　It is said that Atago-jinjya and Koujin-sya/shrine were built here formerly    平成２９年（２０１７年）４月２９日

平岡・上野　八十原の牛馬供養塔と千日の大日如来堂 Memorial tower for Cattle and horse・Dainiti-nyorai in Hiraoka-Senniti 　

竹部加茂市場線（３６６号線）を 高谷と上野の境界線沿いに 南下し、上野要木631-2番地の南のY字路から 平岡と上野の境界線沿いに 東に向かうと カワノ建設資材置き場の南東 北緯34度51分1秒・東経133度47分4秒に 変則的な４叉路が有ります。そのまま直進する道と 東北に向かう道を 繋ぐ山道が 交差点の東４０m程の所に 有ります。その山道に入ると 直ぐに 南東に向かう分岐があり、その道の南側 北緯34度50分59秒・東経133度47分5秒に 石碑が立っています。風化が激しく 刻字は全く読めませんが、村人は牛馬の供養塔であると 聞いていると 話してくれました。３０m程先の道の南側 北緯34度50分58秒・東経133度47分6秒に大日如来堂（文政十〇寅四月吉日 當村中） が建っています。この地域では 大日如来は 牛の守護神として信仰されていたので、これらは対の信仰対象だったのでしょう「https://kotobank.jp/word/万人講-1421530」。大仙山には大きなお堂が建っていたそうです。　If you go down toward the south along the boundary line between Takaya and Ueno, go to the east along the boundary line between Hiraoka and Ùeno from the fork road near the south of 631-2 Ueno-Kanamegi     There is an irregular four-way path where is the southeast of Kawano-kensetu’s stockyard   There is a mountain path that connects「the road that goes straight along the road」 and 「the road to the northeast」 about 40 meters east of the intersection “the irregular four-way path”   AS soon as you enter the mountain path, there is a branch that heads southeast,  a stone monument is stood at 34 degrees 50 minutes 59 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 47 minutes 5 seconds east longitude on the south side of the road where is in Ueno-Yasohara     The weathering was so intense that I couldn't read the inscriptions at all, but a Hiraoka’s villager told me that I heard that it was the memorial tower for cattle and horse souls of Hiraoka-Senniti’s person     Dainiti-nyorai-dou/hall is built at 34 degrees 50 minutes 58 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 47 minutes 6 seconds east longitude on the south side of the road about 30 meters away     In this area, the Dainiti-nyorai was believed as the guardian deity of cattle, so these must be a set of faith’s objects    It is said that a large hall was built in Daisen-yama/mountain    千日：平岡６５４・８６５番地等 大仙山：平岡６５９・６６０番地　千日荒神西：平岡６６５番地　露無：平岡８９６・９１２番地等　齋ノ東：８９８・927番地等　墓ノ前：平岡８９９番地　 令和2年「2020年」10月25日

広面　供養石元の大日如来像　Statue of  Dainiti-nyorai in Kuyouseki-moto

風神社の南西 広面Hiromo供養石元249-1番地  北緯34度49分16秒・東経133度48分29秒に 南無阿弥陀仏と 刻まれた供養石がたちます。その傍らに大日如来と刻まれた石仏が建ちます。そこより ４２９号線に 向かうと道路拡張工事の記念碑が 立ち、４２９号との交差点には 道路拡張事業の折りに  逆向きに変えられた道標が 立ちます。風神社の北西隣地に 広面公民館が建ち その前北緯34度49分19秒・東経 133度48分34秒に 記念碑が立ちます。　A memorial stone engraved Namu-Amida-Butu “I will devote myself to believe the Buddha with bottomless koumyou（symbol of wisdom and mercy） and immeasurable life span” is stood　 A stone Buddha engraved DainIti-nyorai/tathagata is stood next to It     If you go toward Rout429, you will find a monument for the road expansion work     A signpost that has been turned in the opposite direction at the time of the road expansion, is stood   Hiromo-kouminkan/community center is built in the northwest neighboring area of Huu-jinjya/shrine, a monument is stood in front of it    平成２９年（２０１７年）４月２２日

広面　西谷の大日如来像 Statue of Dainiti-nyorai in Nisitani

４２９号線の上加茂臼井橋の南の分岐を 東に 西谷集落に向かいます。広面Hiromo西谷2615番地の東北 北緯34度50分10秒・東経133度48分44秒の倉庫の隣に 不動堂が 建ちます。西に 九折に向かうと 右道脇下に墓場があります。そこより 西に向かう山道の分岐を登ると 途中南 に曲がり 逆Ｙ字路となります。そのまま進むと 広面西谷2626番地 北緯34度50分10秒・東経133度48分41秒に 至ります。その途中 北緯34度50分11秒・東経133度48分43秒に 墓仕舞いした後 放棄されたと思われる 小さい地蔵菩薩らしい仏の石像が 転がっていましたので 左側斜面上に 拾い上げておきました面2626番地の北には 六地蔵を思わせる 墓石があります。Ｙ字路を 北々西に登ると 山の頂上に出ます。頂上の少し手前の左手に 大日如来らしき像が 立ちます。その脇に 供養塔と思われる四角い石と 台石に乗る小さな丸い石が 祀られています。頂上 北緯34度50分14秒・東経133度48分43秒には 金刀比羅神社が 建っています。    荒神田：広面２８２０・３４４８番地　金刀比羅田：２８２３広面２８２３番地    カミシタ：広面２５７９・２５９８番地等    荒神下：広面２７７４・２８２４番地等     平成２９年（２０１７年）４月２2日

福沢　才ノ前の大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in Sai-no-mae

落合加茂川線（６６号線）沿いの 溝部と福沢の境の近く 福沢才ノ前249-8番地のやや南の東斜面の岩の上 北緯34度55分48秒・東経133度44分48秒に大日如来像が 立ちます。同じ所に才の神らしき護符が 祀られています。A statue of Dainiti-nyorai/tathagata is stood on the rock which is on the eastern slope of the somewhat south of 249-8 Hukuzawa-Sai-nio-mae where is near the boundary  between Hukuzawa and Mixzobe where is the roadside of Otiai-Kamogawa line     A Sai-no-kami like talisman is enshrined in the same place    平成２９年（２０１７年）４月１４日

福沢　福沢中の大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in Hukuzawa-naka

加茂88ヶ所霊場巡礼３８番奥の院福沢中聖観音札所が行年峠の福沢高木556番地の向いの道の上１ 北緯34度55分51秒・東経133度44分16秒に建ちます。旧加茂川町の資料に元文２年供養入沢庄左エ門の記載が見られます。文政１２年の大日如来像も祀られています。　The 38th oku-no-in ”inner sanctuary” Fukuzawa-naka/middle    Syou- kannon-bosatu dou/temple hall of Kamo 88 Sacred Places Pilgrimage is built on the upper side of the road facing 559 Fukuzawa-Takagi 556 in Gyounen-touge/pass    In the materials of the former Kamogawa-tyou/town, you can see the description of memorial service for Syou-zaemon Irisawa made in 1373     The statue of Dainiti-nyorai/tathagata made in1829 is also enshrined    平成２５年２０１３年）４月１０日

和田　天神の馬頭観音菩薩 Batou-kannon-bosatu in Tenjin

和田集落の北東部の和田天神社から 北に１２０ｍ程 進むと 右手の指状の変則的な 五叉路があり 親指に当たる分岐の西側 北緯34度53分36秒・東経133度44分43秒に「昭和八年之立 馬頭観音 施主岩崎芳彦」の碑が 立ちます。この道は 直ぐに南に曲がり 和田長久1214番地に 至ります。   If you go about 120m toward the north from Wada-Tenjin-sya/shrine where is northeastern part of Wada village, there is an irregular five-road junction like as the  five fingers shape of the right hand     A monument engraved「Syouwa-8nen  kore wo tatu Batou-kannon  Sesyu Iwasaki-Yosihiko」 “I built this in 1933.Horse-headed Avalokitesvara/kannon bodhisattva owner Yosihiko Iwasaki” is stood on the west side of the branch that corresponds the thumb “34 degrees 53 minutes 36 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 44 minutes 43 seconds east longitude” 　This road immediately turned to the south to1241 Wada-Nagahisa     平成３０年（２０１８年）１月１６日 

和田　堂之上の供養塔 Monument in Dou-no-ue

和田川の西 和田堂之上310番地の和田公民館の北側の脇に石碑が立ちます。南無阿弥陀仏と 刻まれています。梵字は 釈迦如来の物のように見えます。 牛の供養塔と想像します。A stone monument is stood beside the Wada-kouminkan/public hall at 310 Wada-Dou-no-ue "upper side of temple hall" where is the west of Wada-gawa/river    The bonji “Sanskrit character, symbol character of Buddha” looks like the one of the Syaka-nyorai/tathagata  　平成２４年(2012年)８月１８日

和田　平河内曽根の大日 Dainiti-nyorai in Hira-Kouti-sone 

和大日如来碑が和田平河内曽祢４４１番地の西の34度53分3253分32秒・東経133度44分31秒に立ち、大日如来牛馬安全と 刻まれています。　The Dainichi-nyorai/tathagata's monument is stood on the western roadside of Wada Hira-kouti-Sone 441 and is engraved Dainichi Nyorai and safety for cattle & horse　平成24年(2012年)７月３日

上竹 大八幡神社の駐車場の鳥獣魂碑 Bird and Beast Soul Monument in the parking lot of Oo-Yahata-jinjya

高梁御津線（３１号線）の正力交差点の北約３００mの所にK字型の交叉点（上竹ハナタ4105-５番地の北 上竹マヘMae4049-1の南）が あります。北西に向かう分岐が 大八幡神社（上竹八幡3268番と）の参道です。坂を上り切ると神社の駐車場 北緯34度50分33秒・東経133度40分2秒に 着きます。駐車場の西北側に 宝篋印塔と 鳥獣魂碑が 祀られています。令和５年（２０２３年）２月１８日

上竹　宮後の地神の牛馬供養塔Ox and horse memorial tower of the Di-jin in Miyasiro

上竹トミヲカ1982番地の西 北緯34度50分44秒・東経133度39分58秒に 地神と共に 野仏が立ちます。一基は牛馬供養塔「牛馬 文久二戌八月吉日 世話人  山神 大月倉（𠆢日石） 梅吉 」、一基は道標「」念佛百萬遍 寛政十一未本願主 道本 八月吉祥 施主 後谷中 右やなぎ 左松山〇」と良く解らない二段の石組みです。東に進むと上竹荘小学校の北の道に出ます。  Tｗo statue of Buddhas are enshrined  on the west of 1982 Kamitake-Tomioka at 34 degrees 50 minutes 44 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 39 minutes 58 seconds east longitude together with the monument of Di-jin   If you go east about 350m , you will go to the northern road of Kami-takesyou Elementary School    平成２４年（２０１２年）６月２０日

上竹　宮後の大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in Miyasiro

上竹荘小学校の北西 上竹宮後Miyasiro1991番地の南 北緯３4度50分50分54秒・東経133度40分5秒の道端に 大日如来「大日如来 明治四年 施主横田〇吉」が 祀られています。近くに 上述の牛馬供養塔があるので この大日如来は 牛供養塔でないかも知れません。直ぐ北側に 名釼神社の案内の立て札が 有ります。　A statue of Dainti-nyorai is enshrined on the roadside at 34 degrees 50 minutes 50 minutes 54 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 40 minutes and 5 seconds east longitude where is the south of 1991 Kamitake-Miyasiro and is the northwest of Kami-Takesyou Elementary School    The guide board for Meiken-jinjya/shrine is stood on the north in the immediate vicinity of it      平成２４年（２０１２年）６月２０日

上竹　田中立の神の馬頭観音 Batou-Kannnon in Tanaka-Tati

高梁御津線（３１号線）の月原バス停 即ちコメリハード＆グリーン賀陽店（上竹宮田742-2番地）と上竹平岩724番地の交差点から（株)機能性食品開発研究所賀陽工場（上竹タワ734番地）の東を回るように進み、道なりに 上竹と竹荘の境界線上を 北西に２１０m程進むと 七人御崎塚のＸ状の四差路に出ます。道なりに 北西に３０m程上った所  上竹立801番地の北隣地 北緯34度51分24秒・東経133度40分38秒に  馬頭観音像と 才の神が 祀られています。それぞれ馬頭 明治４丑九月」「七難則滅 村内安全 奉唱彌陀〇〇一百萬遍牘〇 七福則生 五穀成就」と記されています。 If you go round the east of Kayo Plant, Functional Food Development Research Institute- Inc., go toward the northwest along the boundary line between Takesyou and Kamitake about 210m to the X-intersection where Nansannin-Misaki-Zuka “memorial mound for the seven soldiers who were killed during Bittyuu-heiran/war” is enshrined, go toward the northwest along the road about 30m, you will find a statue of Batou-kannon-bosatu “hayagrīva, manifestation of Avalokitesvara（syou-kannon-bosatu/bodhisattva） with an ornament in the shape of a horse's head” and Sai-no-kami enshrined at 34 degrees 51 minutes 24 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 40 minutes and 38 seconds east longitude where is the northern adjacent land of 801 Kamitake Tati    平成２６年（２０１４年）４月１６日

高梁御津線（３１号線）黒土北線（３０５号線）に曲がり 黒土寺の鼻１３５７番地の横を過ぎ 南に２００m程 進むと 北緯34度51分38秒・東経133度42分0.秒に 県営圃場整備第12工区記念碑と 一基の供養碑が立っています。供養碑には 念仏○供養○講中･十二人・宝暦三○十月と 刻まれています。If you return to the south from Takahasi-Mitu-line to Kurututi-Kita line at near 1357 Kurotuti-Tera-no-hana, and go to the south about 200m,  you will find the monument of Prefectural Field Development 12th Construction Zone and a memorial monument　「Nenbutu-Kou-tyuu 12 peoples Houreki 3● October」 is engraved on the surface　　平成２４年（２０１２年）６月２2日

岨谷　大古屋の猪像 Statue of Wild boar in Ookoya

 明治初年（1870年）高梁Takahasiから 松山藩の浪士 天野幽乱（遊峰）が 金毘羅信仰を広めるために 大古屋の山に流れて来て、小さな小屋を建てて 占いを始めました。良く占いが 当たるとして、また病気平癒Heiyuの祈祷Kitouも ご利益があるとして 近在からも人が集まり 大繁盛でした。幽乱は 滝に打たれ身を清め 明治６年（1873年）１０月吉日に 丸い輪の中に磨崖神像Maggai-Sinzuを彫り上げました。５７号線（総社賀陽線）を 総社に向かい 豪渓に向き左に曲がる所を 直進し ５７号線から離れます。ルミエール病院（宮地西山3336番地）に向かう道を右に見て、大古屋川に沿って進むと 大古屋集落（岨谷大古屋3741番地等）があり、集落を通り過ぎると 右下にペンション「紅葉」跡があり、そこから後ろを振り向くと 右手奥に 奇岩（天の岩、首の岩）が見えます。その下の山道の急勾配を 九十九Tuzuraに登ると 天の岩が見つかり、北緯34度45分1秒・東経133度40分59秒の近くに磨崖仏があります。大古屋４号橋迄行くと 行き過ぎです。猪の像が祀られています。この辺りは 猪による農業 被害が多いため、有害鳥獣として 多くの猪が 駆除されます。猪の供養として祀られています。　 令和２年（２０２０年）１２月１０日

竹荘　板屋新屋の萬人講供養塔  Tower  of Mannin-kou in Sinya

高梁御津線（31号線）沿いの上竹宮ノマエ753番地に「特別養護老人ホーム吉備高原賀陽荘」が建ちます。その東の分岐を 北西に300m程進むと 十字路になるので 北に曲がり、９００m程進むと 右手 竹荘池尻2356番地の東に 岩泉池があります。そのまま 北に３３０m程 進みクランク状に曲り 更に北に約１６０m程 進むと 竹荘新屋2753番地の北北西 北緯34度52分8秒・東経133度40分32秒に 土の高まりがあり ます。古墳と 思われますが 石室はありません。その３０m程北の左手（西）に 三面六臂の仏像が 祀られています。「萬人講供養  大正八年十一月八日」と 記してあります。　令和５年（２０２３年）２月１１日

竹荘　新町の牛馬観音菩薩 Kannon-bosatu for cattle and horse in Sinmati　

竹荘新町、元 竹荘中学校の道向かいの豊野地区コミュニティ―センターの西隣地 北緯34度51分41秒・東経133度41分34秒に 尊の石仏が 立ちます。左の石仏は 三面六臂の牛馬観音菩薩で 大正五年五月と　刻まれています。右の石仏は 地蔵菩薩で 石井鷹雄と 刻まれていますす。    平成２６年（２０１４年）８月8日

竹荘　カリヤのばとうかん Batou-kan in Kariya

岩牟良神社（竹荘クボノ山1074番地）の南の坂の西の高台 北緯34度51分50秒・東経133度41分12秒の近くに 明光庵（竹荘カリヤ1021番地と 竹荘中ヤ993番地の中間）が建ちます。直ぐ北の左岸に「ばとうかん」と言う碑が 立ちます。馬頭観音菩薩の略称であろうと思います。しかし刻字は「豊野村大字稔字南北  山林五畝歩寄附有安伊太郎 右地取明治四十五年三月開墾 大正二年十月 惣社支部」 となっています。 Meikou-an/temple is built at 34 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 41 minutes 12 seconds east longitude where is the western height of the south slope where is the north of Iwamure-jinjya/shrine (1074 Takesyou-Kubo-no-yama)     In short distance, a monument called Batou-kan is stood on the left bank   平成２７年（２０１５年）１１月１日

田土　吉長小左衛門家敷の大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in Yosinaga-Syou-zaemon-yasiki

高梁御津線（３１号線）の吉長口（JA備北田土ライスセンター）から北に３００m程登りT字路を右に（東）折れ 吉長川に沿って東北に３９０m程登ると 吉長川が クランク状に 曲がります。その近くの三叉路を 西に９０m向かい 道なりの 北に １５０m程 向かうと変則的な 五叉路になります。西に向かう分岐を １２０m程進むと 工の字型の交叉点が 有ります。東に向かう分岐の３０m程先の左側 即ち 田土小左衛門1701-2-2番地の南の道脇北緯34度52分4秒・東経133度43分37秒に 牛の供養碑・大日如来が 祀られています。 何時の頃か 定かではありませんが この近くの屋敷が 火事になり 焼け死んだ牛を 供養したそうです。 A monument of Dainiti-nyorai as the memorial monument for cattle is enshrined at 34 degrees 52 minutes 4 seconds north latitude, 133 degrees 43 minutes 37 seconds east longitude where is the southern road side of 1701-2 Dado-KO-zaemon-yasiki  　 平成２９年（２０１７年）９月９日

豊野　丸山の大日如来碑 Monument of Dainiti-nyorai in Maruyama

尾原賀陽線（３６９号線）の豊野小学校の北の右側に 南東に向かう “道清寺に向かう” 分岐が有るので 進むと 墓場が有ります。その隣 北緯34度51分60秒・東経133度41分56秒（豊野丸山4353番地の東 約 ９０m）に 大日如来碑が 立ちます。 If you go toward the southeast ”toward Doujyou-ji/temple” along the branch of Obara-Kayou line which start the northern right side of Toyono-syougakkou/ elementary school , there is a graveyard    A monument of Dainiti-nyorai/tathagata is stood on the adjoining land at 34 degrees 51 minutes 60 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 41 minutes 56 seconds east longitude     平成２５年（２０１３年）６月２２日

豊野    六地蔵の石造仏群 Stone-Buddhas in Rokudizou

東豊野神社の西に長手大池があり、その西岸にＹ字路が有り、西に向かう道は 直ぐに北西に 曲がります。豊野尾ハナ1338-2番地の西に墓場があり それに隣接した西側 北緯34度52分18秒・東経133度41分41秒に３尊の石仏 大日如来碑 等が 祀られています。付近に点在していた石造物群がここに集められたのでしょう。石造物群を六地蔵と呼びます。右の大日如来碑は 牛の供養塔です。 If you go toward the west from Higasi-Toyono-jinjys/shrine to Nagate-Ooike/pond, go along the road to Y-junction on the western shore of the pond, go short distance to the west from the junction, and turn to the north northwest along the road, you will find a group of stone works at 34 degrees 52 minutes 18 seconds north latitude, 133 degrees 41 minutes 41 minutes 41 seconds east longitude where is on the south side adjacent of graveyard where is west side adjacent of 1388-2 Toyono-Obana   A gotin-ytou,  three stone statues of Buddha, a monument of Dainichi-nyorai/tathagata and a group of destroyed Gori-tous “five-part gravestone for memorial service” enshrined in the grounds  The stone works scattered in the vicinity may have been gathered here     The monument of Dainiti-nyorai is the memrial monument for cattle   The stone group is called Roku-Dizpu “the Six Ksitigarbhas”  

豊野　東区公会堂の馬頭観音碑 Monument of Batou-kannon-bosatu of Higasi-ku-public hall

納地　備中矢倉城跡の大山地蔵菩薩 Daisen-Dizou-bosatu in the ruins of Yagura-jyou castle

高梁御津線（３１号線）の石橋バス停と 平野前バス停の中間地点が 道幅を広げ、４８４号線に向かう登り道とＴ字路を作ります。登り道を進むと 標識板が 左手に立ち、左の山道を登ると峠に出ます。直進すると 室納に出ます。その地点から 発する比較的急峻な山道を登ると 頂上 すなわち矢倉城地に 着きます。城地には 立て札と大山の地蔵菩薩 即ち牛馬供養碑と 建築物残骸の集積が有ります。   矢倉：「目が眩む程に険しい」あるいは「櫓」からの転訛 あるいは屋鉄Yaguroの転訛かもしれません。近くに勝負の乢（ソブの乢の転訛かもしれません）が有ります   牛馬供養碑：伯耆大山は牛馬市がありました 大智明権現は地蔵菩薩を本地仏とする神で、牛馬の守護神とされました    旧矢倉神社跡：北緯34度50分42秒・東経133度41分49秒　矢倉神社：室納 北緯34度50分2秒・東経133度41分31秒　城仙下：納地１４７７番地    矢倉：納地１５９４（北緯34度50分31秒・東経133度41分38秒）・ ２０４３番地等　馬場：納地１７２３・１７２９番地等　　平成２４年（２０１２年）４月２日　

納地　厚木の馬頭観音Batou-kannon in Atu-no-ki

黒土北線（３０５号線）沿いの 納地厚木1279番地の西北の交差点 北緯34度50分9秒・東経133度42分7秒に 仏像が祀られています。大きな石碑は 牛馬供養碑で２尊の石仏は 馬頭観音菩薩像で 左の石碑に念佛十萬佛と刻まれています。　Statues of Buddha are enshrined at 34 degrees 50 minutes 9 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 42 minutes 7 seconds east longitude on intersection of Kurotuti-Kita line near 1279 Nouti-Atu-no-ki   The big stone monument is a memorial monument for cattle and horse, two statues of Buddhas are Batou-kannon-bosatu/bodhisattvas (horse-headed Kannon, also called Mezu Kannon, hayagrīva)    「Nenbutu/ Buddhist chant  Jyuuman-butu/One hundred thousand buddhas」 is engraved on the stone monument of the left   平成２８年（２０１７年）１月８日

湯山　二日原の大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in Hutuka-hara]

高梁御津線（３１号線）沿いの川合橋’（下竹荘郵便局や川合神社の東北）から東に 仁熊や大原に向い、大畑橋と二日原橋を通り過ぎ 湯山二日原1167-5番地の東の分岐を 北東から東に曲った処の 畑跡と思われる 平坦地 北緯34度51分34秒・東経133度45分2秒に 大 日如来碑「大日如来  大正十五年五月」が 立ちます。牛の供養塔と 想像しますが 異なるかも知れません。　令和５年（２０２３年）２月１７日

吉川　河内田橋ノ元の牛供養塔 Memorial Tower for cattle in Kawatida-Hasi-no-moyto

７２号線（岡山賀陽線）の吉備高原大橋を 側道から潜り 南に３６０m程 進むと 河内田橋があるので、それを渡ると 田中産業の事務所（吉川橋ノ元144番地）が 有ります。そこと 吉川橋ノ元197番地の間 北緯34度48分40秒・東経１３３度４５分３９秒に、大日如来 豊後灘■舩斃牛三七頭塔 百人講 施主河内喜一 大正一四年一月廿一日の 牛供養塔が 有ります。牛馬が死ぬと 講の者が共同で葬ります。３７頭の牛の難破死を 悼んだのでしょう。■（美隹）は 難でしょう。舩は船です。大正１２年に 関東大地震が 発生し、豊後灘にも津波が届き 被害が出たとの記録が ありま、大正３年１０月に３１日に 西表島で 海底火山が 爆発し、１年後には 北海道の礼文島に迄 多量の軽石が 流れ着きました。 If you go under Kibi-kougen-oo-hasi/bridge on Route 72 from the side road, go to the north about 360m to Kawatida-basi/bridge, ,and cross the bridge to the front of Tanaka-sangyo Office, you will find a memorial monument for cattle between 144 Yosikawa-Hasi-no-moto and 197 and the office   The characters of 「Dainiti-nyorai/tathagata hipwreck in Bungo-nada/sea of Bungo  Pagoda for 37 caws “or bulls” died  100 persons -kou/mutual assistance association  Benefactor Kiiti Kawauti   January 21,1914」are engraved on the surface　　平成２４年（２０１２年）１１月１８日

吉川　河内田山上大権現碑と野仏 Monument of Sanjyou-dai-gongen and Buddhas in Kawatida

吉川河内田の 吉川144番地の北の河内田橋の北の山の登り口 北緯34度48分38秒・東経133度45分37秒に この山や付近に有った仏像と共に 山上大権現の碑が 祀られています。近くに 牛の供養碑が 有ります。山上大権現の碑には「一天泰平 山上大権現  国家安穏」と 刻まれています。明治４年に 建てられています。脇の舟形仏像には それぞれ「酉二月正之〇 為牛屋安全「〇〇七月吉日 明和六年巳丑奉」と 記されています。　　才ノ元：吉川１０・９５番地　才のマエ：吉川７０・７１番地　岩瀧：吉川１１１・１１４番地　国僧：吉川１６ ６－１９２番地　橋ノ元：吉川１３６・２０３番地等　城ヶ鳴：吉川１９８・６４０番地等　城ヶ畝：吉川９９４番地　城ヶ鳴：吉川９９９番地　橋元・橋ノ元：吉川１０００・１００１番地　 平成２６年（２０１４年）９月１３日

吉川　布郡の北の村外れの大日如来 Dainiti-nyorai in the north part of Hugouri

吉川　中苅尾大ズワ池の南の野仏と道標 Buddhas and Road sign in the south of Oozuwa-ike
