豊岡川と猪木川とそれらの合流点のに挟まれた尾根先が 野々平城です。 標高約 ３５０ ｍで、麓からの高さは 約 ４０ ｍです、 西方 およそ ７００ｍに清水城跡と思われる山城跡があります。城域は約 東西 ３０ ｍ×南北７０ ｍ で尾根筋に 曲輪が 並びます。その中  主郭と思われる 中心部の曲輪は 目遠し 南北３０ ｍ ×東西２０ｍの鋭い輪郭をした長方形状です。主郭と思われる曲輪の北端に １０ ｍ程の小さな曲輪が あり、土塁状構造に囲まれます。主郭の南東側隣に 目通し幅 約２０ ｍ 程の方形の曲輪があり、南東側は 作業道に 変えられています。これらの曲輪の北東斜面は 急峻な山肌をしています。

曲輪の南西斜面に 狭くて長い帯曲輪が２面あったようですが、大部分は 作業道を作る為に削り取られています。曲輪の 北西側の尾根には 一条の浅い空堀と土塁があ ります。野々平城は 新山城の出城です。位置について 言い換えると 福沢森久古土井310番地の東の尾根 北緯34度55分41秒・東経133度44分46秒付近が「野々平城跡」です。城主は 虎倉城の伊賀久隆の弟の伊賀三郎五郎・近藤若狭守です。伊賀三郎五郎は 伊賀伊勢守の三男で 浪人していましたが、美作高田城主の三浦氏の家臣となりました。花見山城の城主 近藤石見守は 尼子氏に攻撃を受けた時　三浦氏に救援を求め、伊賀三郎五郎が 大将となり 近藤氏の城を取り返しました。将軍家より 花見山城及び近藤氏跡式一切と 六万石を頂いて 伊賀三郎五郎から近藤若狭守に名前を改めました。その後 虎倉城と 高田城が不仲となったので 長田庄の福沢森久村に戻り、野々平城を築いて 併せて溝部の四ツ畦城 有漢の飯ノ山城も預かりました。「虎倉城・伊賀一族：仁熊」「kibi2011.blog81.fc2.com/blog-category6.html」    Nonohira-jyou/castle was a branch castle of Niiyama-zjyou     The ruins of Nonohira-jyou are located on Hukuzawa-Morihisa    The lord of the castle is Saburou-Ｇorou Iga “Wakasa-no-kami Utunomiya” who was a younger brother of Hisataka Iga ”the lord of Kokura-jyou/castle” and the third son of Ise-no-kami Iga   He became a retainer of Miura clan who was lord of Mimasaka-Takada-jyou after a his jobless    When Iwami-no-kami Kondou who was lord of Bittyuu-Hanamiyama-jyou was attacked violently by Amago clan, Iwami-no-kami asked for help to Miura clan, Saburou-gorou Iga as the commander-in-chief of Miura clan’s army get back Hanami-jyou　He obtained Hanamij-you, the headship of the Kondou clan’s family, all property of Kondou clan's family and six million koku of rice  by the mediation of the shogunate, and he changed the name to Wakasa-no-kami Kondou    After that, since Kokura-jyou ”Iga clan” was on bad terms with Takada-jyou“Miura clan” he returned to Hukuzawa community in Hukuzawa and built Nonohira-jyou , he took charge of Yottuaze-jyou in Mizobe & Iinoyama-jyou in Ùkan collectively from Niiyama-jyou

福沢追坂４０１番地から 北に山道を入ると、通称野呂道に 突き当り、右手に 福東上配水池があります。左に進むと 右手に土塁よう構造が続きます。頂上やや下方と 頂上は 平坦地です。この辺りの地名を 野ノ尾と言います。配水池から 右（東）に緩やかに下ると 尾根が切り取れたか 盛り土された山道となり、２面の平坦地を見ます。これらの平坦地では 最近まで 煙草Tabakoが栽培されていたと 聞きます。奥（２番目）の平坦地からは 勾配がやや強くなる坂道に変わり、さらに進むと 丁度 福東公会堂の裏山辺りに 出ますが、この辺りを ノノウと 呼び、現在は 野々とか 野納と表現します。野々の平坦地に 小祠型の墓があり、その辺りに 土塁と２条の空堀が有ります。ここが 城地の中心部でしょう。更に東に進むと 幾つもの平坦地が有り 福沢荒堀２７５番地の交叉点が見渡せる 高台に出、清水城山を 南西に見る事ができます。有漢への道 即ち清水城への往来と 津山や落合への道である ６６号線の往来を臨められます。  If you go to toward the north from 401  Hukuzawa-Oizako along the mountain path, you will reach Noro-kaidou"Noro-path"  called commonly 　There is Hukutou-kami-distributing reservoir at the right side   If you go to the left from this point, the earthwork like structures continue to your right, and you will reach to the top of the mountain    The areas of flat land on the  top and the somewhat lower part are called Nonou     If you descend gently from the distributing reservoir to the right direction , and you go along the mountain path what was made by cutting away a ridge line or by banking , you will reach the two flat lands    If You go along the path, the path changed to the rather sharp slope  and you will reach the area called Nonou where is a hill in the just rear of Hukutou-public hall     There are a small shrine, a earthwork and two dry moats on this flat land in Nonou    This area seems center of the castle ground    If you go further toward the east, there are many flat lands, and you can go out to a hill overlooking the intersection of 275 Fukuzawa Arabori , and you can see Mt.
