即ち 羽田城跡は 豊野羽田の南に延びる尾根の先端の頂部に有り、南方の竹荘集落を 一望できます。羽田城は 土塁で囲まんだ 曲輪の南と北を 空堀で守り、西側は 自然の斜面を利用し、細い尾根を活かし 防御態勢を 整えています。南 約１Ｋｍに 江戸時代の山陽・山陰をの往来である 陰伯街道の下市一里塚があります。それ故 羽田城は 交通の要所を見張る事が出来ました。 羽子田城跡は単郭の城です。主郭の曲輪の東側は 破壊されているように思えます。北端・南端・西端に土塁が あります。主郭の曲輪内に 礎石と予測する石が 不規則に散在します。南の辺の土塁の上に 宝篋印 塔が１基あります。主郭の曲輪の南側 に 空堀があり その南側に 少し傾斜した台形に近い 平坦地があり 北の辺に 土塁があります。その南側に 空堀が 掘られていて、その南側に 土塁をがあり,その北側と 東側に 平坦地があります。「賀陽町史」によると 主郭の曲輪の北側の平坦地の北東部に 空堀があるとされますが、既に 破壊されています。鎌倉時代後期の山城で、城主に 田中藤九郎の名を残します。

It is said that the Morikane Toukurou

Tanak’s family lived in the castle during Kenmu era “1334-1337”     It is a typical mountain castle of the medieval Japan    The castle was built on a plateau where there are two-moats at front and behind the castle    Oohira-yama/mountan is located the north “the behind”, the swamps on three directions “the west, the south and the east” surround the front of the castle    Tanaka family who had been supported Go-Daigo-tennou/emperor's side during Genkou-senran/war,  battled with Tadanobu Aki Simazu spectacularly during the battle of Kyoto-Suzaku at April 3・3rd year of Kougen era, and they were shot with 20-30 arrows and they were killed spectacularly    It is written in Taiheiki    Around the castle, a houkyouin-tous were built on the front and the back of the castle     Kibtyuuou-tyou , board of education

忠臣田中盛兼之碑が 豊野保育園の裏の下市一里塚の傍に 立っています。 「大平記巻八：元弘３年（１３３３年）４月３日合戦の事、附妻鹿孫三郎勇力の事」という条が あります。その中で「備中の頓宮又次郎入道 同子息孫三郎 田中藤九郎盛兼の奮戦を伝えます。この物語については「吉備中央町の伝説・歴史伝説・太平記」の項目を参照ください。頓宮父子 並び に田中兄弟は 上房郡豊野（賀陽地区）の者で、田中氏は 枡形山城主 及び 矢倉山畦城主です。頓宮又次郎（又二郎）は 地元を離れ 町境の龍王山城に 居城したと言われます。又次郎の墓は 六条院向月の城殿山（龍王山城）の寶篋院塔です。ハヤミ様と 尊崇されます。ハヤミを 歯病みに通じるので 歯痛に 霊験があると 信じられています。

豊野小学校 の南の道 賀陽有漢線（１５６号線）を 西向かい進み 下市川を渡った所の交差点を 道なりに 北に折れ、北西に向かうと 大きくほぼ半回転するカーブの丘辺りで 進行方向（北）に 羽田城跡が見えます。丘の西のＹ字路の細い分岐に入り 北に上り、竹荘ハヤシ4092番地付近で 右（東）の 分岐に入り 丘に接近します。丘の左（西）の道に沿って北に向かい、豊野刎田818番地より 南側の城地に向かうと 城地に入ります。城地内に稲荷様 宝篋印塔 墓石が 有り 墓石は 北の堀（藪、旧稲荷跡）に、稲荷のお堂は 南の堀にあります。 The ruins of Haneda-jyou is located on the northern hill of 818 Toyono-Haneda    This castle build during Kenmu-innovation (1333-1336)  by Tanaka's family, the lord was Morikane Toukurou Tanaka    This castle was a prototypical mountain-castle with two moats on the north and south of the main closure, the southern three sides are swamps    Monument of loyal retainer-Morikane Tanaka is stood at the side of Simoiti-itiriduka/milestone on the back of Toyono-hoikuen/nursery school    Morikane Toukurou Tanaka, Moriyasu Yakurou Tanaka who was a brother of Morikane, Matajirou Hayami and Mago-saburou Hayami who was a son of Matajirou supported emperor Go-Daigo during battle of Genkou    Morikane Toukurou Tanaka received twenty or thirty enemy arrows during fighting with Aki Simzu and died while standing in April 3 1333 “battle at Nisi-suzaku in Kyouto”　The glorious death was written at 附妻鹿孫三郎勇力の事 in volume 8 of Taihei-ki    The parent and child of Hayami and the brothers of Tanaka lived at Toyono in Jyoubouｰgun/country, Tanaka clan were the lords of Nojiyama-jyou and Yagura-jyou    It is said that Matajirou Hayami lived in Ryuuouzan-jyou after leaving away his home town   The memorial grave of Matajirou Hayami is a houkyouin-tou/tower on Tono-yama-jyou /castle in Kouduki in Rokujyouin  "ryuuouyama-jyou” 　This tower worshipped as the god of toothache, called Mr.Hayami, because Hayami is understood phonetically as 歯病 “hayami：ill of teeth” , it is believed that Mr.Hayami possesses miraculous powers on curing toothaches   There are a Inari-jinjya/shrine on the southern moat, a houkyouin-tou and a pagoda on the northern moat    Ruins of Haneda-jyou were designated as important cultural properties in the town in April 1958    Land name of Hiraki ”development：2 moats in front and 2 moats in the rear”, Siro-ga-hana “edge of the castle area”, Tuji ”street to the castle” are remained 「賀陽町の地名と歴史：仁熊八郎」    If you go to west along the Kayo-Ukan-sen/line from the south of Toyono elementary school and cross Shimoiti-gawa/river, you will reach to a intersection　If you go toward the north from the intersection, and go toward the northwest, there is a curve that is almost half-rotated widely, you will see a mountain where is the ruin of Haneda-jyou, in the direction of travel (north) around the hill    If you go a thin Y-shaped branch of the west of the hill, climb toward the north, go the branch on the right as your faces “toward the east” at near 4092  Takesyou-Hayasi, approach the hill, go to the north along the road toward the left “west” of the hill, and go to the top of the hill from the south side of 818Toyono-Haneda, you will reach the ruins of the castle area  There are a Inari-sama/Esq./shrine    There are a Houkyouin-tou/tower, and a tomb stone in the castle area    The tombstone is located in the northern moat (the ruins of the old Inari-jinjya/shrine)    The Inari-jinjya is located in the southern moa    豊野小学校：北緯34度51分60秒・東経133度41分46秒    丸山：豊野７３６・７７３番地等等　まと場：豊野７４４・７４８番地　以呂ふヶ市：豊野７４０・７４３番地    龍ヶハナ・龍カハナ：豊野８０４・８３４番地    刎田：豊野８０２・８１８（北緯34度52分34秒・東経133度41分 26秒）・８５３番地等    ひらき：豊野８０３・８０６・８２９・８３０・８３３番地等　辻：８１９・８２０・８２３・８２４・８４０－８４３・８４４７・８５６－８５８・８６１・８６２・８６４・８７０・８７１・８７１番地    平成２３年（２０１１年）１２月６日

「大平記巻八：元弘３年（1333年）４月３日合戦の事、附妻鹿孫三郎勇力の事」という条があります。その中に 備中の頓宮一党の奮戦が 伝えられています。大筋は 以下のの如くです。「赤松則村入道円心の軍３５００と 殿法印良忠 中院定平の軍３０００  計６５００の朝廷軍が ２万余騎の鎌倉幕府軍と京都東寺付近で戦い、赤松軍は 正面に 六波羅勢 側面から 島津と小早川勢に攻められ  三方に潰走しました。その際 赤松軍中から 四人の勇士が 群がる敵中に突進しました。備中の住人頓宮Hayami又次郎入道 同子息孫三郎 田中藤九郎盛兼 同舎弟弥九郎盛泰です。身の丈 七尺程もありましたが、敵将の島津安芸前司は 進み出て、息子二人とともに 迎撃しました。田中藤九郎は 八尺余の金棒で立向いますが、右の頬を 矢で射抜かれました。弟の弥九郎が 走り寄って 刺さった矢をを抜き【兄の仇】と 叫んで兄の金棒で 対戦しました。頓宮父子も五尺二寸の大刀で 打ち掛かりました。この大決闘、敵も味方も見守りました。鳥津の矢が尽きて  切り合いが 始まろうとした時、控えの小早川勢２００が 助太刀にドドッと 押し掛けると  赤松勢が退いて、４人は 取り残されました。矢２０～３０筋を受けて 太刀を逆にし 杖代わりに 立ちながら死にました。見る者 聞く者 誰もが 豪傑たちの死を 惜しみました」    頓宮父子  並びに 田中兄弟は 上房郡豊野（賀陽地区）の者で、田中氏は 枡形山城(枡型山城：矢倉城)城主 及び矢倉山畦城(室町時代の矢倉城)主です。頓宮又次郎（又二郎）は 地元を離れ 町境の龍王山城に 居城したと言われます。又次郎の墓は 六条院向月の城殿山の寶篋院塔です。ハヤミ様と尊崇されます。ハヤミを歯病みに通じるので歯痛に霊験があると信じられています。

豊野　岡本の田中藤九郎盛兼の供養塔 monument tower for Morikane Toukurou Tanaka in Okamoto

東豊野神社の西方に有る 長手大池から 北西に １８０m程進み 右手に石像群と 左手の天堤(雨堤)を見ながら 更に１８０m程進むと 豊野簡易水道浄水場（豊野畑1328番地の７５m程北側）が有ります。そこより 北に９０m程進んだ所で 山肌（道はありません）を 約３０ｍ程登ると 平になり、土が丸く盛られた所の上 北緯34度52分32秒・東経133度41分42秒に 宝篋印塔型の 宝塔が立ちます。元弘の乱の折りの 後醍醐天皇方の赤松円心配下の武将で  島津忠信と華々しく 一騎打ちして 闘死した 刎田城主 田中藤九郎盛兼の供養塔です。  If you climb to the northwest about 180m, pass by a group of stone monuments on the right and Ama-tudumi “earthwork made to  prevent against heavy rains” on the left , clime furthermore 180m to Toyono-Simple water purification plant where is the north about 75 from 1328 Toyono-Hata, go toward the north about 90m, and climb along the pathless mountain face to the west about 30m, you will find a Houkyouin-tou/tower on the round mound at 34 degrees 52 minutes 32 seconds north latitude and 133 degrees 41 minutes 42 seconds east longitude    It is a memorial tower for Morikane Toukurou Tanaka who was a a vassal under influence of  Norimura Ensin-nyuudou Akamatu who belonged Go-Daigi-tennnou/emperor “Southern Dynasty” side, and met  Aki-no-zenji “Tadanobu-Simazu” in single combat & fought to death in a gorgeous way　　令和３年(２０２１年)　２月２７日
