福山城の東側に接し 旧加茂往来に添った 高谷臺1038番地の北 北緯34度51分49秒・東経133度46分42秒付近の美原と 高谷の境界線上にある 木野山台ヶ峰が「台ヶ嶺城跡」で、備中の毛利氏に備えて 東山城と共に 有事の時は 福山城と連携するために 虎倉方が築きました。台ヶ峰の南に当たる 台 大手 宇祢 陳納 陳納乢辺り、即ち竹部加茂市場線（366号線）の萩坂から 長丸Tyouganの台が峰に向かう手前には 多くの分岐があり 変則的な八叉賂を形成しています。台ヶ峰城や東山城に向かう道を 選択しようとする時、適確な道を知らない者にとっては 道の選択に躊躇するでしょう。台ヶ峰には 戦国時代の山城としての土塁や 空堀等の遺構は無く、東山城は 台ヶ嶺城より広いので、台ヶ嶺城は 平常時の城主の屋敷としての機能を果たし、城としての主な機能は その尾根の東山城にあったのでしょう。南は 湿地の谷で 天然の濠Horiの役割を果たしています。高谷大手1071番地等から 和中と大谷の間を 西に伸びる 標高３４０ｍの尾根が 東山です。台ヶ嶺城と東山城を合わせて 十力城と呼美ぶことがあります。

十力城は 応永（1394年から1427年）の頃伊賀河内守頼氏が 築き、天正（1573年から1592年）の頃 伊賀久隆の命で 備中に対抗するため補強したと 言われます。清常城に よく似た構えです。又は 備中を意識し伊勢守が築いたとされ、天正８年（1580年）には 伊賀伊勢守が 城主とされますが、隠居後 一時的に 居城しただけの可能性もあります。伊勢守は 虎倉城主で 伊賀兵庫守（伊賀兵庫頭）の子とされますので、伊賀勝隆の事でしょうか。十力城の周りに 出城の吉城山城が あります。福山城の項目を参照ください。「加茂川町の山城」 　頂上は 台ケ嶺キャンプ場でしたが 施設は朽ち果てています。木野山神社が建ちます。 The combination of Daigamine-jyou/castle and Higasiyama-jyou are collectively called Jyuuriki-jyou     Jyuuriki means the ten powers of Tathagata or Bodhisattvas    The ruins of Daigamine-jyou are located on the northern mountain of 1038 Takaya-Dai called Kino-yama/mountain or Dai-ga-mine/mountain where is borderline of Mihara & Takaya by the old Kamogawa-ourai/traffic and contact with east side of Hukuyama-jyou    The ruins of Higasiyama-jyou on the slender flatland of Higasi-yama is prolonged to toward the west between Wanaka and Ootani, at about 100 meters ahead from 1071  Takaya-Oote and the length is about 300m 　The south side is the valley and north & east are Ukai-gawa/riber , they play a role of natural moat    There are many branches of the path in the neighborhood Dai, Oote, Une, Tinnou and Tinnou-tawa/pass  on the routs from Hagi-saka/slop toward the castles in Tyougan    Dai etc. are located the northern front side of Dai-ga-mine ＆ Higasi-yama    Since the branches form irregular eight-road junction, it is difficult to choose collect path to Dai-ga-mine or Higasi-yama by persons who do not know the collect route    It is said that Yoriuji Kawati-no-kami Iga built Jyuuriki-jyou during Ouei era (1394～1427), and this castle was strengthened by Hisataka Iga during Tensyou era (1573～1592)  to compete with Mouri clan in Bittyuu province & to cooperate with Hukuyama-jyou in time of emergency    This ruins of castle is similar characteristics to ruins of Kiyotune-jyou    Or it is said that Ise-no-kami Iga build this castle against Bittyuu province consciously, Ise-no-kami Iga was the lord of this castle in Tensyou 8 “1580”    Plese refer for Hukuyama-jyou castle    台：高谷１０３８番地（北緯34度51分47秒・東経133度46分46秒）等　大手：高谷１０７１番地（北緯34度51分48秒・東経133度46分46秒）等　陳納：高谷９８３（北緯34度51分46秒・東経１３３度46分38秒・ 東経133度46分40秒）・９７５番地（北緯34度51分46秒・東経133度46分39秒）等　宇祢：高谷１１６０（北緯34度51分45秒・東経１３３度46分44秒・東経133度46分44秒）等　陳納乢：１１８４番地（北緯34度51分43秒・東経１３３度46分44秒・東経133度46分5秒 　平成２３年（２０１１年）８月２０日
