狸ケ城はb 加茂市場藤沢城とも呼ばれます。加茂市場久方701番地の西の妙見山 北緯34度52分2秒・東経133度45分6秒が「加茂市場藤沢城跡」です。藤沢城と名の付く城跡は、田土にもあります。加茂市場藤沢城は 配置関係や規模から推測し田土藤沢城の出城と推測しますが、両城の関係は 解りません。上の写真は 城山頂上を 宇甘川より臨んでいます。左手の尾根ni 登山道がaります。頂上に近付くと 空堀がありますが　侵食されていて痕跡程度になっています。その上に 比較的新しく作られたと思われる石垣を 伴う平坦地が有り 日名荒神が 祀られています。

更に、その上が 頂上の比較的広い平坦地で、奥下に 小平坦地が有り、空堀を挟み下に 小平坦地が ２段 重なります。その奥から 左に２段の犬走り状地が 続きます。上の犬走り状構造は 日名荒神の祀られる平坦地に繋がります。 言い換えると 頂上の平坦地を 犬走り状構造の高さで切り取り、そこには 小社を祀っています。城域は 東西 ９０ ｍ程×南北 ７０ ｍ程です。

見方を 変えて説明します。最も高い場所が 主郭の狭小な 曲輪で 工作は 見劣りします。北斜面 に 帯曲輪が２面あり、主郭の西側に 土塁を伴う堀切を挟んで小さな 腰曲輪があります。主郭の南西斜面には 南南西に 小さな５面の曲輪が 並んでおり、尾根筋は切岸状に 掘削されています。しかし東に 水源が有り、加茂市場藤沢城山は 交通（落合加茂川線 高梁御津線 竹部加茂市場線）の要点である高梁御津線（３１号線）や 落合加茂川線（６６号線）を見張るには 好都合な位置ですので、田土藤沢城から 福山城に向かう敵軍の見張り場や狼煙場の役割を果たしたのでしょう。 　Tanuki-ga-jyou/castle is also called Kamoitiba-Fuijisawa-jyou    The ruins of Kamoitiba-Hujisawa-jyou are located the western mountain of 701 Kamoitiba-Hisakata 　TheｂCastle named Hujisawa-jyou is located in Tado    Kamoitiba-Hujisawa-jyou is considered a branch castle of Tado-Hujisawa-jyou judging from the mutual positional relation and mutual size, but I do not know the direct relationship between the two castles    A dry moat is near peak of the mountain, it leaves almost no traces by erosion     Hina-koujin-sya/shrine is enshrined on the flat land with relatively new stone walls where is upper site of  the moat　A relatively broad flat land is on the peak  of mountain with a narrow flat land at the inner and lower part of the relatively broad flat land    Two steps of the narrow flat land, which are sandwiching the dry moat, overlap below   A two-stage of Inu-basiri “berm“： belt-like path convenient for dog running"-like flat land is continued  from the back to the left   The upper berm-like land structure continue to the flat land where Hina-Koujin-sya is enshrined on    This ruins is simple and not typical mountain castle in form, but because there is the source of drinking water and this place is fortunate to look over the important positions of traffic “Rout Otiai-Kamogawa, Rout Takahasi-mitu, Rout Takebe-Kamoitiba”, this castle acted the role of a lookout place against the enemy “Mouri army” marching from Tado-Hujisawa-jyou to Hukuyama-jyou or the place for signal fires to Hukuyama-jyou etc.    久方：加茂市場６６９・９０７番地等　薬師段：加茂市場６８２番地　明現：加茂市場７０８・８００番地等　日南：加茂市場７１８・１０３１番地等　城山：加茂市場８８８・９９１番地等　藤澤：田土２９５５－２９５８番地　　平成２３年（２０１１年）７月１３日
